Roomara Refund & Return Policy

At Roomara, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Return Shipping  
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
